I had made an appointment for my service, as I had another appointment that I needed to make. However, regardless of the fact that I had an appointment - I had to wait more than a half an hour after arrival (about 20 minutes after appt time) to be helped. I don’t understand the point of scheduling an appt then if it won’t be honored. Aside from that, everything else about the service was good. Thank you!
