To be honest im very upset everytime i go there i always have a bad experience to be honest i dont think i will be going back as u know your sierra team sends me coupons so i expect to yse them when i arive this is the second time they guve me trouble and dont allow me to use it today march 9 2018 i tried using 2 diffrent coupons u guys send me its not like i get them from any were else so u guys send me a $29.99 one and a 39.99 one and i wasnt allowed to use none of them amd made me pay $75.77 which is really expensive i usualy dont even pay that much but now they telling me they use a certain oil and its fine but if honda is sending me a coupon that specifically is from sierra and for my honda civic i expect to be able to use it if not the. Whats the point of the dam coupon all the services advisors are rude i was literally waiting 20 min outside to be able to get help and there was 3 people inside not helping nobody i had to approach them twices to make sure they new i was there really bad very rude i am not happy at all with sierra honda of monrovia didnt evwn wash my car or nothing i would give them 0000000000000 in everything
