I arrived without an appointment to have a tire repaired. I sat, in my car, in the Q, for thirty minutes (I actually timed it) before a service writer ever spoke with me. I was told that the service for the tire would be quick but it would be a long time before anyone could get to it. I asked if he thought it might be an hour or more. He said an hour could be about right. So I told him that I would be in the waiting room. Well more than hour passed until I was told that upon inspection that the tire could be repaired. Again more than an hour passed so I inquired. GUESS what I was told that everyone had gone to lunch and it would be awhile more. I forget how much more time passed before the service writer once again appeared and informed me that it was determined that the tire was not repairable and he didn't know how long it was going to take since he didn't know if they had the tire in stock. So that sounded to me that no one had taken the time to look up that information. So I requested to be taken home since I was tired of waiting and no real time of completion for one tire service had been given. I was assured that it would be quick, it might have been in the terms of the auto repair world, it was quick enough for me. It may have another hour that I waited.
I would have preferred to have been told that you, the dealership, were so busy that it would be best to wait at home rather in the waiting room.
Another thing, why is a Keurig coffee maker in the waiting room without the pods? No water either.
