1) Dissatisfied with extended wait time at service drive. I realize I did not have an appointment but a solid 15-20 minute wait to be written up is unacceptable at 9:00am on a Tuesday. 2) Solid 20-30 minute wait for “Courtesy Shuttle” to drive me home is unacceptable. 3) Shuttle driver getting lost is unacceptable. GPS device should be provided. 4) Called to request shittle pickup from home to Sierra at 3:45pm. Provided all requested info to person on the phone. Received phone call from Sierra at 4:05pm. Person states shuttle stops running at 4pm and I need to find my own ride. Unacceptable!!

Vince was very clear about the services I was receiving and was accommodating with my requests. The service was prompt and he was pleasant to work with. This was my first time bringing my car to be serviced at the dealer and I had a very positive experience.
