I was not pleased with the way the technicians neglected my car after 1 week of the oil pan cover coming off, Jonathan has always provided excellent customer service. With past previous experiences my dad encountered in the past its pretty dissapointed for me to encounter one of my own. I would never reffer anyone to Sierra Honda. But would deff reffer Jonathan as an excellent service advisor, for solving our issue.

In front receptionist Johnthan was very friendly. Although I din’t see technician, I was very satisfied that he didn’t let me wait too long, much faster then I expected. Thank you for good service .

I had to return because the previous visit was done incorrectly. Because of this I lost out on personal time at work and had to chase down people from Sierra to return my call. The service agent was “Brian” was polite and professional, even with my anger and dissatisfaction with a Sierra Honda.

I made an appointment for airbag recall and oil change. My rep Johnathan was very kind. however, there may have been a miscommunication. he advised me that the car needed a air filter change and I just let him know that I'm very short on cash and wanted him to only do what was requested. either the rep that took my appointment did not write down "oil change" on my appointment or something was misunderstood after. I realized as I picked up my car (close to closing) that there was no fee and realized the oil change was not made. I didn't make an issue since they were about to close and wouldn't be able to do it at that time. my time is very limited it will be nearly impossible to get back to Monrovia for an oil change. disappointed that now I have to do this elsewhere when I asked for this to be done when I scheduled the appointment.
