Terrible. After waiting for 1 hour to get my car, after I had paid, I had to walk to gas station to put gas in my car to get it off the lot. I’m livid.

Kevin Eng is a rock star. He is the main reason I continue to bring my car to Sierra for service. I receive top notch customer service ( with shuttle rides when necessary). I always feel completely informed and the service is completed in the time frame I am told (if not sooner). Thank you Kevin & Sierra.

Vince was very helpful in getting our car evaluated and repaired in a timely manner. He responded very well to my showing up with only 20 minutes notice with the car being towed with an unknown problem. He kept me informed about the problem and when it would be fixed.
