One small issue can not get fixed though I have asked to get it fixed every time the car goes in for any maintenance specially during oil change times.They guys never write it down and once the car comes back the issue is still there. Very frustrating as a customer.We have bought all our cars from Sierra Honda and bring it for service regularly to Sierra but over the years the service instead of improving has gone down.We have been your customer since 2000 and up to now bought 7 cars from you .Have seen the service center evolve, but sadly towards down wards.

I had a great experience at Sierra Honda and Tina. They did a great job on the car, and they finished in a timely manner. Tina was very friendly and thorough and was a pleasure to work with.
Tina is a good person, I like her. The part that bothered me was the fact she didn’t check on a warranty for my car. I bought my car through Sierra on Feb. 7th, 2018. I’ve only had it 5 months and told Tina that the rep that sold me the car that my warranty covered everything except the clutch. She told me she would check but ended up brushing it off as if it wouldn’t be covered. I never got an answer from her when I got my car back from the oil change. If this is how Sierra operates business, then I can no longer do business with your dealership. I have never gone through something like this with any of my Honda’s. I’ve had Honda’s since I was 21. I’m 44 now. I feel disappointed in what has taken place with your dealership.
