Kevin is very knowledgeable, courteous, patient and decisive. He not only took care of the battery issue I have been struggling with for weeks but also identified a problem with the front LED light assembly. He took care of both items very professionally and promptly. I got a lot of confidence today that I will always be in good hands with Kevin for my Honda servicing and repair needs.
From drop off of my car to picking me up to drive me back to the dealership, the staff were amazing. Friendly, patient and genuinely interested in assisting me to the best of their ability. I love my Fit and really appreciate the support provided by the dealership staff.

Kevin was very informative and nice. He was professional and forthcoming. I drove home today after picking up my car (around 5:30p) from your dealership and my check emissions light came on literally right when I got home. I drove on an errand and the light is still on. I will be taking my car back in tomorrow morning and will have to now miss (hopefully just) an hour of work. Overall my experience with Sierra Honda has been satisfactory.
