Kevin is very knowledgeable, courteous, patient and decisive. He not only took care of the battery issue I have been struggling with for weeks but also identified a problem with the front LED light assembly. He took care of both items very professionally and promptly. I got a lot of confidence today that I will always be in good hands with Kevin for my Honda servicing and repair needs.

Kevin was very informative and nice. He was professional and forthcoming. I drove home today after picking up my car (around 5:30p) from your dealership and my check emissions light came on literally right when I got home. I drove on an errand and the light is still on. I will be taking my car back in tomorrow morning and will have to now miss (hopefully just) an hour of work. Overall my experience with Sierra Honda has been satisfactory.
