Tina definitely takes care of me when I take my Van for service that's why sometimes I don't mind waiting for her to help me because she also knows my car very well and suggests the things I should do to my car to keep it running smooth. There’s a gentleman that works in car services, every time I have gone in the past including today he has been very standoffish. Not very welcoming. When I first enter and say I’m there for a car service he says he’s busy and someone else will help me (it never fails). Today after that the Asian gentleman that was there helped me and took my appointment said that I was appointed (which happened to be the standoffish guy). Even after being told that he was supposed to help me he was not happy, and seemed like he wanted to still pass me off, and asked if I even had an appointment. Again I said at noon. He looked me up (finally) and realized he was actually assign to me. Although this time after an hour long wait to see what was wrong with my car he did go and check why it was taking so long. He was a bit more helpful towards the end today.
Vince was wonderful and this was out of his control but I was there for over 2 full hours for a simple oil change!!! Are you kidding me?? I can go to Jiffy Lube on my lunch break and get the exact same service (tire rotation and all!) in 20 minutes!!!!
Vince said after 3pm there’s only 1 guy in service!!! What’s wrong with you, Sierra Honda?!?!?!?! Galpin Honda in the valley is 100 times better than you guys. They’re on the ball. Great customer service too! And never a 2-hour oil change!!
