Robert...he really upset me today. I left a voicemail for a manger to give me a cal back after I left but nobody did. He straight out lied to my face. He can to the waiting room around 1:10 to give me recommendations from the mechanic and then told me my car should be ready in 15-20 minutes. I waited. I replied back to the Sierra text around 2 pm to ask if my car was ready. No response. I started walking to the service desk to ask and noticed my car is parked where they’re normally parked after service is finished and thought oh great!! I go inside and ask if mycar is almost ready since once I again I didn’t receive a reply from sending a text. To my total dismay, excuse my lanaguage but I get a total **** answer from Robert. He said it’s almost ready. The mechanics are cleaning the engine and other stuff....remind you...I saw my car parked where they’re not normally parked when service is done!! Not only did I wait longer than what he said I would...but he totally lied to my face. I was so mad. I stayed quiet instead because I was ready to cuss him out for lying to my face. This is the first time I felt like I couldn’t no longer trust someone from your service team. I purchased my car from your dealership and have been taking that car there for 8 years with no complaints til now. I still want a manager call back and plan on complaining on every social platform there is about Roberts **** answers. I hate being lied to my face.
Today's visit was a total disappointment, my service advisor Kevin Eng is the real reason I wouldn't want to go back to Sierra Honda. I've been getting my vehicle serviced there for 4 years. He was argumentative, unapologetic and overall disrespectful..
