Great service and customer interaction
What I went in to fix was not detected by the technician therefore not fixed. Technicians do not talk with customers and explain the rationale. Spent over 4 hours for and oil change and tire rotation. Not acceptable

I did not understand that while I was waiting I saw that my car was no longer on the lift I went over to get it and he said I will call you when it’s ready it was only in for an oil and filter nothing else I assume the car was out front in front of the new car department I also didn’t understand while it was way over there instead of in the aisle ready for me to drive home
I had tire rotation done and now I have a lot of tire and steering wheel shaking.
