I am feeling like price gouging for repairs to my car. With things like they are you would think there would be consideration for loyal customers of 12 yrs. plus I bought this vehicle here and complained about these same items after purchase yet I was told there was nothing wrong with the car...so of course I won't be back for repairs or for a purchase of a new or "certified used" car which this one was, you can see what that was worth to me what I complained about back then is what you are jabbing me for now. This vehicle only has 74,000 miles on it...my loyalty has ment nothing to you so never again, you have burned that bridge!!!
Adam was very professional and he would advice me on conducting only the required service of my S2000.
Overall, it was a good experience as I was able to pick up my car within two hours of time and Adam was nice enough to get me a voucher for a free car wash at a local gas station.

First I want to say that service was great. I was well informed and Billy was very professional. He answered all my questions and addressed all my needs and concerns. Upon picking up my car I was greeted with a very nice door ding that chipped my paint down to the bare metal. I would understand if it was a light bump, but this was just careless. I hold Sierra Honda to a very high standard, but after this incident, I'd have to think twice before I bring my car back. I was contacted by Billy in which he informed me that the issue would not be addressed until a later time due to COVID-19. Though very disappointed, I took it upon myself to touch up the paint to reduce the chance of it rusting.
