Adam Lopez is help me a lot compare to Vince Tran Vince is rude and not helpful at all but now when I come back home I find a new issue that I never have in my car my auto gear shifter light is working I m just irritated with the service I pay a lot of time to Uber and rental car out of my pocket and still I m getting issues please b responsible and help ur customers properly

Adam was very helpful over the phone and continued being helpful through my entire visit. He followed up quickly after I left the dealer once the problem was identified. He then helped me identify a warranty that allowed my problem to be completely solved. Fantastic service from start to finish. Give the man a raise!

Your survey options are limited. Either "Yes - Completely Satisfied" or "No - Not Completely Satisfied". There is not an option for just "Satisfied".
I was "Satisfied" with my service experience. Billy was polite, courteous & expeditious with the handling of my service request.
BUT I'm concerned that in this current environment that we're in with COVID-19, Sierra Honda did NOT demonstrate a practice of 6ft separation. I was required to go into a small office space to signoff on the service docs, with a number of folks entering the confined space & having to excuse themselves to maneuver around me.
I hope that you will update your processes, in the interim, to adhere to the social distancing practices recommended.

Adam was great! The whole process was very streamlined. He was very helpful. I didn’t have to wait. Everything happened just the way he explained.
Kevin is as amazing employee, but I was a little disappointed on the cost of the repairs especially for an older car. No one has ever asked me if I wanted to purchase a new car since my car might be worth roughly around 2k and the repairs were going to be under 2k.
All I can say is that Kevin is very professional and courtesy.
