Kevin should be commended for his consistent good customer service. He would always explain the problem of my car in a professional manner. He always make sure that I understand and make suggestions for whatever needs to be fixed that would fit my budget. Took my new car in to get a wheel and rim replaced and your wheel alignment rack was broke so they couldn't be realign my car. I was told everything was fine it just needed realignment. I took it done the street to get the alignment done and was told that the strut or knuckle was bent from the object that I hit. Now I need to go back to get my front fixed, but not to you because you can't do the complete job.
