It was unfortunate that the servicer, Tina, didn't honor my coupon of 10%. I felt it could've been communicated in a better manner. Especially, because I just received the coupon in the mail today. In addition, it seemed like she was rushing to communicate the service with me. Overall, this experience could've been a lot better.
