I always come back to Sierra Honda because of Kevin’s professionalism and trustworthiness. Yesterday, my car was having an unexpected issue. He listened to my explanation and passed it on to the mechanic. Kevin explained that, If the problem had not been rectified, the next step would be... Thank you Kevin for your inestimable help! Please thank the mechanic for me as well! I was able to run errands ok. Adam was very nice. Went in for a emission recall. I dropped my car off at 845am and got a message my car was done around MAYBE 10pm. Quick service. Pick up was easy. Thank you team for getting my car up to date so i can register it.

Kelvin has good manners for the service and answerIng my questions . I hope Honda mechanic workers can check more carefully. After replace the battery I drive home in the meantime I find the radio not work said need to set Code. So I drive back to there, one service people help me to set the code. I hope the worker can check before giving out, that will be perfect.
