Courteous friendly service from Billy. My only comment: when the appointment was arranged, Billy looked at my service history and suggested the “minor service” at $149.95. I indicated acceptance. But when I arrived for the appointment, what was proposed was the “major service” at $385, plus four additional services at $125, $151, $151, and $150, all considered important because of the actual car mileage. I had not received any notification about these before, so it came as quite a surprise. I agreed and authorized the work, but would have appreciated prior notice so as to prepare. It’s difficult to understand what each service entails and it’s actual necessity when time is pressing to begin the service appointment. Nothing was suggested about these services at my last appointment about a year ago, when the car mileage was progressing at a steady rate.

My 2017 Honda Civic is 22k miles, practically new and yet already needing major repair work due to manufacturing defect. I'm very disappointed in Honda. This should not be up to Honda's standard.
