I scheduled a 8:15 am appointment to install roof racks. I was told it would take 2 hours. They did not begin working on my car until 10:15 am and only because I had to speak to the mechanics myself. The person assigned to assist me did not even know which car was mine until I pointed it out . However, the parts department were extremely helpful.
