Kevin was great! He didn't deny me from getting service on my car , I had called in and explain to somebody over the phone I needed an oil change that today was my day off , that person was like well I’m sorry you need an appointment, so I decided to drive down there hoping no to get denied , then Kevin came in asked me what I needed , didint mention anything about making an appointment. , and provided great service.

Tina was great this morning great customer service.
Brought my vehicle in in Friday for an expected Saturday repair on Saturday the Service Department was closed when I called despite the posted hours. I could not reach anyone to find out the status either Saturday or Sunday and the Service Advisor was out Minday and it took multiple phone calls to find out the status. The car was not ready until Tuesday the 15th.
This is not the level of Service I had come to expect after being a 30+ year customer.
Great service as always. I have been with Sierra for over 20 years and I stay with them for a reason the service and the people.
Very nice and helpful. Process was fast and easy. He had great connection w me and I enjoyed being helped by someone so friendly.
