I appreciate that you have this survey so that my voice can be heard.
This is the worst experience I have had in Sierra Honda in the past 16 years.
I just went to change my engine oil and got inspection for the major parts of my Honda Odyssey.
But unfortunately, the door window motor of messenger side was broken by the Honda guy that worked on my car today. I don’t understand why he needs to touch that. It was totally working fine when I dropped the car in the morning. He therefore changed the parts. He charged me the cost for both parts and labor.
I completely confused by him. He broke the parts and why I Have to pay for it.
Please investigate the details and I am looking forward to hearing from you. Hopefully it will be before I publish this review to public.

The service was excellent! Kevin was wonderful and very attentive when I first walked in the dealership. I'm glad I came to Sierra, because my usual Honda dealership is in Culver City. Cobra cities service has been very shoddy of late. So I was very pleased at Sierra Honda.

My previous car was with Ford and I never had great experiences with this dealership. They never took the time to explain anything to me when I would get service/maintenance done, they weren’t that friendly, and I often felt lost and ignored. My first time here at Honda went above and beyond my expectations; I had no wait time, Kevin was extremely kind, and he took the time to explain everything to me without me even asking. The process was fast, smooth, and I greatly appreciate Kevin and this Honda dealership. Thank you!
