He was very helpful in explaining what was done during the service and what should be done at the next service. He was honest and I didn’t feel like he was trying to trick me or up sell me. I’ve been to several other Honda service centers in the area and on the east coast and have always felt like I should be wary of their recommendations. Kevin seems like a trustworthy service agent and I look forward to working with him Again when I go back to Sierra Honda For my next service.
