Alfredo is always a delight to work with and always explains what needs to be done to my vehicle. I never feel pressured. I feel he is a real asset to Germain Honda. I am older and always feel he treats me with respect. He helps me fill in the blanks when I can not always remember a procedure that needs to be done to my vehicle. Thanks again Roger

I have no issues at all with the service from Alfredo. He did a good job. My issue is with the service I received last Monday. Alfredo let me know that the new battery I paid for was never actually put in my car. They did it today.

Every time I have been to Honda service department, I am always welcomed and greeted by your service department. Alfed Bustamante is always pleasant to work with and very professional. I spent over $400 on maintenance for my 2021 Pilot yesterday. When I got home I took a closer look at my invoice. It contained a line item for complimentary exterior car wash. The item was marked as “completed”. It was obvious no car wash had been done. When I called the service technician about it, he said they weren’t doing car washes that morning due to the rainy weather. That reason is perfectly fine but why mark it as having been done. If something so obviously not done can be marked as done, what else on my invoice was marked as done that wasn’t. I’m not an auto mechanic and I can’t verify everything I paid for was actually done. This makes me lose confidence in your shop.
