Your web site indicated I could schedule a 6 am appointment. But when I arrived I found that is only a drop off time. The car would not get into service until 7. You need to be more explicit so people understand what is happening.

Nathan **** is the best Service person I have dealt with! He listens to my concerns and then address each of them. I appreciate his attention to detail, and knowledge. The Honda Service waiting area is very comfortable and today I took the ride home. It was outstanding to be at home with my elderly mother! Thank you
