I always receive excellent service! They fully go over the service that was provided, they let me know between waits how much longer it will be, and if they found anything else wrong, besides what I brought my car in for, so I have no surprises at the end. Nathan is such a friendly person, greets me by name, and always has that winning smile! He is a a valuable employee!!!!!

The wait was rather long but understandable. I was very happy that my car even got vacuumed and washed without even asking. I could feel the difference in my vehicle. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience.

My 2020 Honda CRV at 7,200 miles needed A7 service maintenance. I was told by Victor Morales that A7 would be oil/filter change, brake fluid flush/refill, transmission fluid flush/refill and cabin filter change. I said my vehicle only has 7,200 miles, do I need all these maintenance? He responded yes and will cost about $750 to $800. I told him I didn’t expect all these and to check what filter was changed the previous time. He said since you had the cabin filter changed, then the cost would be $450 for the 3 items. I was skeptical but, since I was already there, I went ahead with his recommendation. When I returned home, I checked my Honda minder handbook for A7 and also called another Honda dealership, found out all I needed was oil/filter change and brake fluid flush/refill. I spent an additional $200 for transmission fluid flush/refill that my vehicle didn’t need. This practice is dishonest and I do not appreciate it. I left a message for David **** to call me back as I want an explanation.
