Nathan and Al were very helpful. The prior Saturday I had called to check on tires and ask a couple questions.I was transferred to service department. Had to leave a message. I was told that they would call back in a couple hours or on Monday. I never got a call. I came very close to having someone else do my tires. People not returning calls is very poor customer service, and I was miffed by that.

After learning it was going to take four hours to complete all the repairs and service they arranged for me to have transportation home and also pick me up later that afternoon I was very surprised at the amount that I had to spend but I need to have all the service completed and I had had anything done for over five years everyone in the service was very cooperative and very nice to me and took good care of me and I’m very satisfied with the service that they performed thank you

I was told the vehicle needed an alignment after I had waited over an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. If I had been informed an alignment was needed while my car was still in the shop, I would have had it done then. Now I’ll have to bring it back to have that done. Also, I was told my car was washed and it clearly was not by the visible signs of dirt and dust still present on the sides, roof and windshields of the vehicle.
