Was expecting to get several things completed after waiting 2+ months for parts. Only able to get one item completed because the other part was not held for my truck. It was used in another vehicle repair. I now have to wait again for another part before bringing my truck back. Happy with person I have been working with but not happy about multiple trips.

Levi also explained what to watch for in the near future regarding service. I felt confident that my car was in good hands. Nathan was fine, however parts were not. The part ordered was damaged but this was not determined till after I arrived for my appointment and returned home. Now I will be without my vehicle for another day and the dealership will have wasted my time and money on unnecessary Lyft drivers.

Terrible experience. Waited 3 hours and all they did was change my oil. I even had a 9:30 appointment scheduled and they still took 3 hours

Great service! Wow, amazing customer service. Very thankful to begin a relationship here. Alfredo did a great job throughout our transaction. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Even the young man who brought my vehicle up when it was done was very nice. While we were there we walked around the lot and spoke with a salesman (wish I could remember his name) who was equally as pleasant.

It is a pleasure working with Nathan. He is very attentive and thorough. I currently own my second Pilot and I am not very pleased with the Honda brand however. I have found my Pilot to be cheaply made with a number of deficiencies. I will look harder at alternative brands in the future.
