Apparently not trained in how to look up a vehicle history. Show case honda service team are crooks. They are rude and fraudsters will go to Wal-Mart from now on

After close to 3 hrs, my vehicle dod not even get any of the recalls done. So it took close to 3hrs for oil change and tire rotation. I thought at least one of the recalls would have been completed in that time frame

Both service guys I dealt with were very nice. Levi who took over did a great job, explaining what needed to be done right away and in the future. Also, he was able to accommodate after 6 o’clock pick up, which was very much appreciated.

Victor is a wonderful kind man who helped me tremendously. He walked me through the check in, explaining the process so I could understand. He came back with bad News needing an alignment. Not a surprise our roads are awful with pot holes. He then came out with worse news. Needed struts and many other things. He broke down all the costs knowing how painful the price was. He is kind, knowledgeable and yet is there for help too. Thank you for your service department to those who do the hard work also. Thank you Victor for your kindness and understanding.
