Nathan **** is always courteous and professional. He takes the time to explain outcomes of your servicing appointment in a matter that you can understand when a person such as myself who doesn’t really know too much about cars and how they run.

I don’t know why they always give me Nathan as a service writer. This is the second time I have had my car in service and he has states he left me a voicemail and I don’t have any voicemail from him and I know you have the number on file because they ask me for it every time I arrive. I stopped using your dealership for quite a bit because I had called him just to schedule an appointment and he never called me back. He is nothing like my old service writer David but he became the service manager and they gave me to Nathan. When I arrived, I thought I was getting someone else but when I called to check the status because I didn’t receive a call from anyone, I found out they actually just gave me him. That is one thing that is a no for me is when phone calls aren’t returned.

When I dropped car off I was going to go home but was told it would only be about 1-1-1/2 hrs. I ended up being there 2 hrs which I wasn’t happy about. However Nathan was a nice guy.
