Victor was outstanding and so was the service team at Germain Honda. I’m from Colorado Springs, Colorado and I took my vehicle to Mike Maroone Honda and they were unable to fix my 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring. I really thank Germain Honda for addressing and fixing my service update issues.

All I ask is for someone to return my text when I text the message that was sent to me saying, “respond to this text with any questions and I will respond. Also, I left a voicemail on the voicemail prompt and no one returned it. I had to call in on the day I was scheduled to pick-up my car to see if it was ready and get a status update and that wasn’t from my service advisor.

My cabin filter was not checked and was in need of replacement when I returned home and checked it. The vehicle report given to me was someone else’s vehicle and not mine. I never got a vehicle inspection report. I am very dissatisfied with everything.

Andre is completely honest. Told me for my oil change would would be an 1.5- 2 hours and it was spot on at 1.5 hours. Even offered me tacos. I’ll be coming back as long as he’s my service guy. Deserves a raise.
