Stood around for ~ 15 - 20 min. waiting for someone to acknowledge I was there. Finally walked up to one of the three idle service writers and told him I had an appointment for an oil change. He asked my name and said I was Mike’s customer and he was off today. Finally, Kaz showed up and began processing my order. The rest of the experience was uneventful although I still don’t understand why it takes 1-1/2 hours to change oil.

10:00am appointment wasn’t worth much. Didn’t start work until almost 11:00. Was supposed to be an express oil change and tire rotation. But that was not the Service Rep’s fault, I guess. I’ll call for an appointment in the future, rather than online. My time is valuable too.

It seems to me that an hour and 20 minutes is tooling for an oil change and tire rotation, especially when it is the first appointment of the day.

Three hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and re-attach the glove box? Not even a simple apology and a smug attitude from the service rep. This dealership's service department is too slow, and customer service lacks. I won't be servicing or purchasing any more vehicles from this dealership.
