I have been a customer for over 10 years of Dave ****. Now that he has been promoted, which he very well deserved, I continue to reach out to him. I recently came in over the weekend, with no reservation and he took my car immediately without any question. He introduced me and entrusted Andre to be my service advisor. Andre was very professional and prompt during the entire process. You got a great team over there and I will continue to bring all my family cars there, even though I am the only one with a Honda.

Levi is the best representative you have. He treats me in a professional manner. He has a gift for working with people. He certainly deserves a raise and opportunities at a promotion. He is the reason I know my vehicle is in the best hands and I know I will be treated with respect. I can not say that has been a reality in the past with this dealership. I am grateful you have someone so talented at your location. He is the reason I refer other clients to your dealership.

First of all, we love your dealership. This service visit was not your best. First of all, upon arrival, I stood at steve’s desk for 5 minutes before he even acknowledged me. He was very matter of fact, not very friendly. I waited over an hour for oil change, and noticed my car was just sitting on the finish line. I figured ok, he is handling another matter. After 15 minutes or so I approached him. He was handling personal business on the phone. He appeared to be paying bills. I asked if my car was done and he said “almost”. He then filled out my exit paperwork and I was done. Never told me how much it was going to be in the beginning. It was $38 more than last time. I will still use the service there in the future, just don’t give me Steve.
