He was helpful. I do wish they would come out to the customer when you pull up/arrive instead of making us go in just to go back out to show them the problem.

I was satisfied with the work that was done on my car. My service rep., Al, was nice to work with. My only issue was trying to get a Lyft ride back to the dealership to pickup my car. I called four or five times, and left two voicemails before someone in sales answered my call and walked down to Service to talk to David, the assistant manager. Once I talked with him, everything went well.

Alfredo is more than a delicious Italian sauce, he is a scholar amongst men. Some may say he deserves to be gifted a brand new Honda Passport. Send surveys my way, high marks. Truly, in this crazy car market, a service advisor can make all the difference in staying with a brand. I appreciate Al’s assistance, integrity and honesty.

I have gone in three times now for the same problem and haven’t had the vehicle fixed. Each time it’s something different and costly. I have had enough of giving second chance. Also what’s the point of paying for Honda care if it isn’t going to cover anything.
