Unreturned phone calls are a major irritant for us. 6 times we called and 0 response until the 7th. Yes you may have been left shorthanded, but that's why you get the big bucks to handle phone inquiries. We accepted the apology just keep this experience in mind and don't repeat it.

I didn’t realize that I also had a recall which was quite lengthy. Nathan arraigned for a ride to my home, which was very helpful. The service was completed as promised. I was very happy at the end of the day. Thank you!

I have a 2024 HRV. It seemed sluggish with only 4500 miles on it. I wondered why. After my oil change, the car has more pep. Not sure what the issue was but I'm greatful my car has more get up and go.

I was going to let it go, but now that you asked the question, maybe I should give Mr. Morales the benefit of the doubt, that he lied to me, or as it may be the case, service, the apartment lied to him. Him. Case I am not happy. Probably will not take my car back to your dealership again

Although there was some unexpected repair needed. I was very satisfied how Victor handle letting me know and explaining the importance of these repair without me feeling pressured at all. The whole team were great as usual.
