Michael was amazing! I always dread taking my car in but he is so friendly and sincere in helping me decide how to proceed with what is needed for my car. Then I can feel so much safer after a visit with him when I am driving around in my car! I really appreciate Germaine having taken over the dealership - I just feel comfortable that I am getting a good deal on anything they do that Mike recommends I do!
