Brought my car in to have head unit looked at. I was called and told they had no issue with it and was probably user error. When I arrived they couldn’t get it working with their device or mine. Other than that all was good

Oil change and tire rotation and the tires didn’t get rotated as they had been marked and were still in the same position Arrowhead Honda forgot to put two screws back in last time behind glove box not sure if done as the glovebox didn’t appear to have been taken out as I asked Steve if they could put in and he said yes Steve assured me they did - won’t know unless I have another place check it out Steve said they found my right rear tire to have a nail in sidewall and was irreparable and was going to charge 250$ but didn’t have tire in stock I went to discount tire to get their opinion and get a new tire if need be They said it was a small nail and could be fixed I called Steve and told him that discount could fix it He explained that Honda has higher standards Well discount told me that if it’s in the sidewall like Steve said it can’t be fixed and they too would say it was irreparable I do not believe Steve and the tech have been honest with me and very very disappointed that it appears I was going to get ripped off in buying a new tire and tires definitely not rotated Hopefully a new oil filter was installed as I don’t feel Germaine Honda is trustworthy
