I had the driver side sliding door looked at because the cable snapped. When I got home, I noticed that there was grease all over the back fender where they accessed the cable and didn't bother to clean up their mess. I also wasn't informed that because of the work they did on that door that the alarm would be permanently engaged. Apparently I have to keep the door lock on the dashboard set to locked for that alarm to shut off. Now I have to lock and unlock the doors everytime my kids need to get in and out of the van everywhere we go. Next time I hope the techs clean up their mess and I form me of any adjustments/inconveniences that I'll have to deal with on my vehicle.

First of all Levi was great and service work done as agreed. However had transmission serviced and technician didn’t bother to wipe up transmission oil that had previously purged. Left a big mess on transmission and undercarriage of car. Discussed it with Levi and left it at that. Crawled under car at home and cleaned up what I could. Seemed like little pride in workmanship would go a long way.
