I have been using Honda for quite some time and Al has been a great service advisor. However it feels like Honda cannot manage expectorations anymore either due to lack of staff over over-committing their appts. The wait time for a scheduled oil change should not take 3 hours. Also, the sheer cost and lack of parts has me tossing the idea of getting rid of my Honda completely and choosing another brand. The part cost of Honda alone and cost of ownership will have me move probably move back to Toyota.

Great service, communication was effective, got my windshield replaced and oil changed without problems. Would have preferred to be able to drop my vehicle off the night before service, but gates were closed. Otherwise very satisfied.

Levi offered one of the better experiences that we’ve had at Honda. He was sure to call me and keep me updated on the progress even after the car was picked up on things that he had to look into after our maintenance. He was extremely courteous and he has made being a Honda owner that much more enjoyable I just can’t thank him enough and we will continue to bring our vehicle back to Germain Honda.
