Nathan **** offered exceptional service and timely calls. We live in Kansas and my son attends OUAZ in Surprise. It is so nice to have a dealership nineteen hours away that can take care of our 16 Accord. This is our second visit since he has been going to college in AZ and I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting first class service. Craig J

Mike and his team were professional from start to finish. My tire pressure sensors alerted me to an issue and his team diagnosed the situation on the spot and deemed that my right tire was beyond repair and that I needed immediate assistance. He sourced the tire within the dealership and saw to it that the fix action be expedited. I’m grateful for Mike and his team as the Honda Pilot my family and I have is all we’ve got for a vehicle.

Previous customer data not carried into the new database after the company buyout prevented the web-based appointment from recognizing me, leading to a poor customer experience. Even after re-entering my info on the appointment scheduling page, nothing other than my name appeared on the service tech’s screen, causing me to be asked for my info yet another time, leading to an even worse customer experience.

I had my car at the service area prior to my 10 AM appointment time. I had to call at 4:00 PM to ask when my car would be ready. At 5:00 PM my car was ready for pickup but not all requested service items had been completed.

Alfredo was a pleasure to work with once again. Was sorry to hear that Honda doesn’t follow suite with other dealerships that use a VIN to track the maintenance and history of a vehicle. It would certainly make things easier and more streamline for both the consumer and the dealership.
