Andree Khaziran is the best at his job. He explains in details what services your car will get and will give you updates how the car is doing in the shop. I ONLY trust him with my car. Effective and Professional.

The work on the car was great and Alfredo was great (seemed frustrated at the situation as well) but I called to make an appt- said three diff times that this was service for our NEW 2022 Honda Odyssey that we purchased in May. They then had us down for our 2019 Honda Civic and 140$ worth of things to be done to it( none of which was discussed at all- as there was zero mention of the civic to begin with) so once this was sorted out we were told it would be an hour to hour and a half. 2 hours late I still had not been called so thankfully I called and was transferred 4 different times. Finally someone picked up and the response was “ oh your car has been done- it’s ready”. Just very frustrating as I feel that’s the whole point of an appt. I have three small children so had to go to our grandparents house and was waiting for it to be done so that I could take them home for naps etc.

I paid in total of $3400 within 2 weeks period because it was not serviced correctly first place led to a costly repair 2 weeks later
