I have brought my car in more than once for the same issue and they still haven't addressed it. It is incredibly frustrating to be treated like I do not know what my car is doing when I am the one driving it every day. At this point, I will probably find a different ford dealership to deal with my maintenance.

They didn’t do tire rotation because they couldn’t unlock the wheel. Josh called me that they wouldnfigure it out but when I picked up the car, he just said it was locked. So I basically paid for an incomplete package. Also asked for a car wash when I dropped it off and a week later it wasn’t washed. I had to ask again when I picked it up for a car wash. If it only takes 10 minutes then why didn’t you guys wash it the entire week you had my car?

Was rather suprised that they got my truck finished as quick as they did. Was waitting for the shuttle and before it got back, I was advised that my truck was almost finished. Only took about 2.5 hours. I did spend some time looking on the lot. So it was bot that bad.

I was told by her that I needed a part that was causing a problem with another part according to the gentleman next to her that wasn't the case so not sure if she's trying to sell me apart I didn't eat or not
