The associate was pleasant and servicing. Someone seperated my ignition key from the rest of the ring and didnt tell me. Had to return to your location only to find the key ring in the cup holder. Tell your customers what you did and where things are

I brought my car for oil change. I have brought my car to this center for last 5 years. But the service we get is getting worse and worse it makes me to consider another Ford service for the next time. The panel underneath of my car was loose. Looks like they forgot to make all the screws tight enough after oil change. We used to get the inside of the car vacuummed but it is not happening anymore. At the end although I was called few hours earlier that my car is ready but still waited like 15 min outside to get my car.

Although Raedel was friendly and nice and professional, it was not the service that I had the problem with. It it that I had to pay for some thing like door latches at all. They are defective and they break. It is a safety and security issue. The first price I was quoted was over 500 dollars and they would give me a "break" and do it for 300. Just a couple months ago it was 207 when the door latch broke the last time. Mind you thus is the second latch that broke after the recall service was done. Obviously they are still defective. I am carrying a piece of rope in my trunk just in case the latches break again. Not happy. ????
