Michelle Palmer and the service team are very professional and courteous. Unfortunately the matter of which my vehicles have had service have nothing to do with the team but the quality of the Ford product. After two Escape purchases each having multiple issues with many many days in the service bay, have led me to never ever purchase a Ford product again. I have an open case for consideration of a buy back and am waiting for the decision.

We brought the car in to have the nab system updated as it was not showing roads in our community. They said we needed a firmware upgrade, we paid for that and it did not fix the problem. Now they are saying we have to pay more money for a new map card. I didn’t need to update the NAV system. I wasted money and time and I’m very frustrated with the whole situation now. $200 that I did not need to spend right now.

Just a suggestion, when calling customers to let them know there car is ready it would be a good practice to let them know that if they need shuttle service back dealer it is available to customers within a certain range of the dealership and that way if a ride is required it can be set up at the time of call letting the customer know their car is ready. Rather than the customer having to call back and inquire if that service is offered.

The rear passenger window needed work and I was quoted $594 plus tax which is high, but that is your price, okay I get it I do not have to do the work. But when I said NO!! he insisted and asked me if I was sure, that the window was halfway up, and told me that there were rivets that needed to be removed, etc. Not true, so my trust in your service department and dealership is completely shot right now. I got an estimate to fix it with a new part for just over $200 and was repaired for $75 by fixing the old part, both less than an hour of work. I looked it up on U-tube, no rivets. In addition, when I had my rear brakes serviced earlier this year, I was not told or advised to fix my front brakes, which would have saved me money by not replacing my rotors during this service.
