I was a very satisfied customer for the fact that I did not have an appointment in the morning and your personnel still took me in and had my phone already in a reasonable time thank you very much although all I did was an oil change and rotate the tires and change a blown out light bulb

The car had the same problem as soon as i left and the panels they fixed actually fell off less than 12 hours of getting the car back.

Josh did a great job & went above & beyond to keep me posted on the progress as well as going as far as changing a bulb in one of my tail lights as a courtesy. I wish more people did their jobs as well as Josh from the service department at Chino Hills Ford. Thank you Josh & Happy Holidays!!
