Humberto provided EXCELLENT customer service. He kept me informed and up to date on the status of my vehicle. When I rec'd the notice my vehicle was ready for pick up i was pleasantly surprised. Very happy my problem was resolved in a few hours rather than 2 days. Thank you Chino Hills Ford.

I made an appointment for service. The service started on time, was finished in under 4 hours even with hand wash, and the price was right at the estimate. Last but not least, no one tried to sell me extra stuff I didn't ask for. I'll be back again. Thank you.
