When arriving to drop-off my truck, I waited for a person to direct me where to go. Nobody showed up so, I walked in and stood there waiting for someone to say something to me! Nobody said anything to me. I then walked up to the desk and said, I’m here for an appointment. Besides that the service was outstanding! Sorry about the complaint. I work in a public service environment type of job...So, I micro-manage certain things! Thanks’ Mark N

My car was returned w/ items that weren’t mine. I went for a passenger side airbag recall. They lights inside won’t turn off. I was offered a rental car but I have to pay for gas and put a $50 refundable deposit. I just filled up my car. Why would I pay for gas for a rental plus having to wait for a rental car deposit refund for poor mechanical work done on my car. Ford Chino Hills mechanic did a poor job and now I have to wait 2-3 days to get my car back. I’m not picking up the rental. It’s going to cost me more to have it.

I was a wait customer but wasnt told car was reasy until i saw it parked outside the service area. My vehicle key was removed from my key chain without permission then told my key chain was left inside my vehicle. I was told it was for liability yet the key was left in the car which was also unlocked . No effort to put the key back on.

Adam Swaim is the best service advisor I have dealt with. Our van needed major service and took a few days to complete. He gave us frequent updates and explained to us what needed to be done. He provided us with a loaner car which we desperately needed. I can’t than Adam enough. When we need our car serviced again, it will be at Chino Hills Ford. Thank you!
