Jessica is great. I like that she makes the whole service transaction more friendly and not so formal. She is easy to talk to and she kept me informed of my vehicle’s status every step of the way. I also appreciate the realistic time frame of how long my vehicle would be there so I could plan around that accordingly.

Service rep left message staying “call me back” nothing more. Too veg. Other service people leave details as to WHY they are calling; he should have. I actually got more information from another person when I called back in the morning. Plus he WASNT wearing his mask properly; COVER NOSE AND MOUTH when I dropped my vehicle off and the lot attendants that where washing and drying the vehicles had NO MASKS. The one drying the vehicles was also sneezing openly (not covering) which made my husband EXTREMELY NERVOUS. My husband kept moving further from his parked car in order to NOT be covered with this persons fluids. This is extremely important for EVERYONE’S health. Readdress the do’s and don’ts of wearing a mask and sneeze and cough covering PLEASE
