Failed to have my car in time frame discuses. Tire replacement took 8 hours with tires pre ordered and a time arranged. It was the first time I purchased tires from a dealer and while you price matched to get my business your service was far from a match. A total of 8 hours for tires and alignment should be a higher priority if you want to sell them. If your staff was low due to virus then this information should have been shared.

Omar and the rest of the team at Chino Hills Ford is always amazing! I work in Chino and they made it so convenient and safe for me to take my vehicle in. I am so happy that you are offering this pick up and drop off service. I feel like a VIP and have been buying cars with Chino Hills Ford for about 20 years now before the remodel and change over.
