They did fine with my car but the lady at the service desk was rude and ufriendly. I left and item behind since I was dealing with 3 kids, car seats and backpacks. When I called realizing I left something behind no one was willing to look for the item or even give me 5 min of assistance.
DCH rightfully lost my trust when Steve U. was the service manager. DCH is slowly gaining it back. Guys like James G. help a lot. I appreciate him.
Chris **** took excellent care of my truck repair needs and made sure I was kept up to date on the progress of repairs. He made sure I had a courtesy car during the time repairs and service were being provided. I have and will continue to refer my friends to have there vehicles serviced with. I direct them to Chris To set things up.

a foot inside of dealer ship again. Sorry that I purchase a Chrysler. Feel so disrespected can't wait till the day that I no longer own a Chrysler.
3 week to reparations transmission correctly. Picked up car 2 times, drove 1 block and engine light went on. General manager John had a very time addressing my issues and accept responsibility. He did not return my complaint two email and voice mails. He returned my call day 2 at end of day; his response is "I called you back, but in the time frame you expec9". Issues with technician' unable to diagnose knock sensor issue post transmission repair. John stated technician that incorrectly diagnosed no issue with knocking sensor on Saturday was not qualified.....why have a technician work on my car not qualified. Qualified technician diagnosed faulty sensor on Monday. There are real quality assurance issues and process improvement needed in the service department.
Chris **** is the reason I will continue to have my z Jeep serviced at your dealership; excellence in customet service. Upper management should take accountability to constructively listening to customer's,of 7 year gave to say.
Corporate complaint turned in with sequence of events that transpired in 22 days in your service department.

Multiple errors in repair requiring hours of my time wasted. Terrible customer service from Mike,service Manager. 3 weeks until transmission finally fixrd.....picked 2 additional times, within 1 block engine light went on, had to turn around and take back to Jeep. Spoke with John general manager multiple times.....sent him email of formal complaint requesting a,call yesterday, no reply.
I am requesting divisional DCH director' email to forward my complaint to DCH corporate. Chris **** is the only reason I will continue service at your dealership. It is very obvious that DCH Jeep does not value me as a 7 year loyal customer (started at DCH Acura)....never had an issue therr.
I was charged $300.00 for a diagnostic and the mechanic could not find a problem with my vehicle. I guess I just have to wait till it breaks down again to hopefully find the problem . It s an electronic problem and I'm sure Dodge knows about it,.

I was floored when the charge was going to be over the usual approx $44 or the most 45dollars I have all past receipts he tells me close to $85 when I asked why he told me about high quality oil was needed this sounds like a scam what did they put in the other 2 oil changes bad oil?the other excuse was on previous charges the person didn't charge labor well this is not the customers fault now is it? I hope I will not have to ever pay such high prices in the future because your not suppose to charge $80 2 or 3 months later when that's way over the prices please have a meeting to clea this up thank you Mrs EVELYN A
Didn't get the windshield sticker to let me know when my next oil change is due not a good first impression
went in for an oil change also my airbag light is illuminating and I requested to have it checked. I was made aware of the cost of the diagnosis and I agreed to it. But I feel that the diagnosis was not made as I was told that a low battery charge was noted and I need to get the battery replaced before a complete diagnosis can be performed. I was still charged the $120 for the diagnosis but I feel it was not done completely..
I believe to have to wait 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is entirely too long especially when I had an appointment. I would assume that if one has an appointment that there would be a set number of slots to get the vehicle maintenance performed in a much more reasonable amount of time
