Transmission slipping fain....ENGINE Light on
My regular service advisor James **** is always helpful, gets me in when I need to and gives me advance notice of work that not only needs to be done now but of work that will need to be done in the near future so I can plan ahead for it.
Very professional and helpful
He was comitted to getting the job done, and was a good representative for service and customer service.
I loved this trip this time around. I was given an even better discount than what I presented, the service on our van was quickly completed, and I was back home within an hours time. Very happy, and a huge turnaround from my prior visits.
I have owened over a dozen new cars/trucks in my life and the Jeep that I just purchased is eating oil. By the first oil change I have used 2qts. The service adviser told me this is with in standards ha. BS if this is the case this will be the last vehicle I will be purchasing from you. Every 2 yrs I get new cars. Figure this out how many vehicles you've lost. Unless this gets settled.
I was complete amaze how quick and easy I was taken care of. I am looking forward for my Jeep next service.

When I got my car I purchased from you guys the sales men was really nice until we closed the deal he became completely cold and he told me that he will fill up my tank the next day just to come back and when I came back it was his day off HE HD ME COME BACK ON HIS DAY OFF so i never got my tank filled and on on my first service I was told it would be an hour my car was taking to the back and 15 minutes and parked up front i asked if it was ready and I was told no I waited an hour just to be given my car from their so it was ready but I week later I get a letter that you guys forgot to do my tire rotation and take it back but I refuse to go back to you guys but I decided to give you guys a second chance and everything was okay I was taken care off pretty fast for not making an appointment and when I was getting my paper work I was not given the check list to make sure my car was good so I had to wait 20 minutes for them to be able to give me a copy so I got some what of better service but I still must likely got some where else
Transmission still made noise and was jumpy after repair. We ditched the car on the Nissan Dealership as we bought a new Pathfinder.
In the beginning of our interaction he was not very trusting of what I told him about the charges agreed upon in the parts department. His demenor when the service was completed was much more gracious.
Service was excellent and done in a timely manner
Car was ready an hour later than I was told. Shank key was missing. Car broke down again that night. Car was fixed next day but drivers side door armrest was left covered in greasy hand prints.
James is fantastic and on top of being professional and diligent ensuring everything is done right the first time! I drive further to get my vehicle serviced because I trust James and your service people!!
great service but I requested that they check my rear passenger tire for slow leak. tire now appears to be at front passenger and check tire light has come on 3 days after service.
The fact that Mike **** stayed late to fix a problem I had was very showing of his personal integrity. I am very impressed and I hope he serves as an example for everyone at DCH Chrysler Jeep Temecula.
