Let me start off and say the staff was great. No the problem. I made an appointment for 10am earlier in the week for an oil change only no tire rotation. Showed up at 9:45 left at 12:15. 2 hours and 30 minutes to wait for a oil change only with an appointment is beyond stupid!!!

Chris was very professional friendly and highly knowledgeable. The overall experience was as good as it is normally when I go to this dealership in particular. On 9/11/16, Armel **** was very attentive to me. I am extremely pleased with him. Also, the courtesy van driver was kind and professional. The issue I have with DCH Temecula - the person working in the same kiosk with Armel was kinda rude. He seemed even lazy in his demeanor. Also, the woman working at the cashier's desk was rude also. For example, after waiting for the courtesy van for over an hour (8:15 to 9:30), I asked her how much longer it would be. She stated, in a rushed, rude voice, that it would be soon. I believe that was a purposefully vague statement. I then asked her if I should call my wife to pick me up, or was there a way to find out how much longer it would be. She stated the choice to call someone was up to me & there wasn't a way to find out how much longer. Another younger DCH employee approached me as I was going outside to call my wife & stated he just arrived.
I think there is a pattern of the more senior or older employees being apathetic about the customers. Maybe something to look into.
Also, no fault of Armel, how about a courtesy car wash after service? I just had service done at a Mitsubishi dealer for recall work in Corona. They finished the recall work in a couple of hours, including a courtesy car wash. Now that's service!
Justin, was very efficient and knowledgeable. He kept in contact with us and appraised us in a timely manner about our car.
